Dr. Merin Dickson (Founder)
Dr. Merin Dickinson is a physician and the founder of NCARF. She is a research scientist with over 7 years of experience in cancer research, teaching, public health and hospital management in India and the UK.
She was a leading cancer scientist in University College of London, Cancer Research UK. She is training more than 100 clinical researchers at International Institute of Healthcare & Clinical Research.
Her recent work focuses on the primary and secondary prevention of breast cancer, oral cancer and cervical cancer, epidemiology of HPV vaccination. She concentrates on early cancer detection and cancer prevention at panchayat level.
Dr. Anurup Kumar (CEO)
Dr. Anurup Kumar has completed MD in Internal Medicine and Community Medicine from India and CCT Medicine and Cardiology Training from the UK.
She has done Masters in Public Health, UK and is also the Project Lead of Quality Improvement in East Sussex Trust.
Her main projects include Leadership and Management in NHS, Quality of Care by Doctors in acute medical cases, streamlining of acute medical patients, Heart failure audit & projects and setting up Cancer Assessment Tools for Frailty patients.
